This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") defines our policy for how we use, process and protect personal data collected from the visitors of our Website and collected in connection with provisioning of Companies services / the rights to use the Company's software (together – the "Services"). The Policy is based on the main principles we use in cause of personal data processing and contains information on the requirements and measures that were established in the Company to ensure personal data protection.

In this Policy we aim to protect rights and freedoms of individuals when processing their personal data, in particular, provide protection against unauthorised access to and illegal disclosure of personal data, and to help the individuals to exercise their respective rights.

Collecting nicknames and feedback

In order to provide Company's Services to our clients, we collect feedback regarding our Clients from web-resources of our partners (the list of Company's partners can be found on the following links: https://rocketdata.io/partners, https://rocketdata.io/en/partners) (the "Partners") as well as nicknames of the respondents, who gave the feedback regarding our client. The Company provides this information to our respective client so that it could reply to the feedback.

The Company collects feedbacks and nicknames of feeback's authors from the web-sites and other web-resources of our Partners, inter alia automatically using APIs provided by our Partners.
Use of information for marketing purposes

The Company uses the following information collected from our Website visitors, clients ordering our Services or collected otherwise as provided in this Policy for marketing purposes: name, second name (if any), surname, email, phone number as well as cookies and third parties analytic services in accordance with special rules provided in section "Cookies, website browsing statistics" of this Policy.

These tools allow us to record and analyse, how visitors use our Website.

We use third party suppliers/vendors to perform business-related functions, such as data storage, provision of content management and payment tools, development of our Website and our software, provision of marketing services, provisioning of customers support software. Data we collect from our clients may be transferred to the Partners if required to provide the Services ordered by our clients and (or) required by verification and (or) registration policies of the Partners.

Personal data collected by the Company as indicated in this Policy may be processed (including stored) on the equipment of third party providers that are located and (or) has the servers located outside of EU, including in the Republic of Belarus and (or) Russian Federation.

We reserve the right to sell, assign or transfer our business (part of it) or assets. In such or similar case, including but not limited to sale of business, merger, acquisition, reorganization, dissolution, your personal data may be accessed by the persons and entities involved in respective transaction or transferred as part of the transferred assets.

DATA PROCESSING PERIOD. TERMINATION OF PROCESSING

As a general rule, the Company may process (including store) information within the following periods:

  • contact, billing and service information provided by the clients in connection with ordering our Services – within the term of the Services provisioning and up to 3 years thereafter;
  • information provided by the visitors of our Website (except for our clients) – up to 3 years after such information was provided to the Company;
  • nicknames and feedbacks as described in section "Collecting nicknames and feedback" – until the Company receives request from respective client on deletion of the feedbacks related thereto and nicknames of respective respondents
  • cookies and information collected by automated analytical tools – up to 10 years from the date respective information was collected.

The personal data can be processed by the Company within longer terms, than indicated above in case this is required by applicable law.

We shall terminate processing and delete your personal data processed by the Company:

  • upon your request to delete such information, unless the processing is required by applicable law or the Company is permitted to process your data on other ground than your consent;
  • upon occurrence of conditions for cessation of the personal data processing or upon expiration of the term for processing;
  • upon achievement of objectives of processing thereof or in case the need for achieving these objectives is eliminated;
  • in case of liquidation of the Company.

In processing the personal data, we take all necessary legal and reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect the personal data from illegal or accidental access, from destruction, alteration, interlocking, copying, submission and dissemination of the personal data, as well as from other illegal actions with respect to the personal data.

We use the following measures and comply with the following requirements to ensure personal data protection:

  • arranging procedures for providing security for the premises in which information systems are accommodated in order to prevent the persons not entitled to access to these premises from unauthorised entering and staying in these premises;
  • safeguarding personal data carriers;
  • appointing a person responsible for managing the personal data processing operations;
  • approving a list of Company employees directly involved in processing the personal data and having the right of access to personal data being processed in Company's information systems;
  • identifying threats to security of the personal data when processing thereof in personal data information systems;
  • using data protection facilities;
  • familiarising the Company employees directly involved in the personal data processing with the requirements to personal data processing, personal data protection and documents defining the Company's personal data processing policy;
  • obtaining consents from data subjects to process personal data thereof as provided by applicable law and this Policy.

However, no method of transmission or electronic storage of information is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee that our Website or your data stored by the Company is invulnerable to hacking or will not be subject to a security breach. We make no warranty, guarantee, or representation that the Website or the Services are or will be protected from all viruses, security threats, etc, or that your information collected by us will always be secure.

While continuing to use Website after changes in the Policy personal data subject confirms his/her consent with changes made.
